What is slippage, and how does it affect my trades?
Slippage occurs when there is a difference between the price at which you intend to execute a trade and the price at which the trade is actually executed. This can happen during periods of high market volatility, such as major news events or economic announcements, when prices can change rapidly.
Slippage is beyond our control and is a normal part of trading in fast-moving markets. To minimize its impact, it’s important to manage your risk carefully, especially if you plan to hold trades during these volatile periods.
What payment methods are available?
Guardeer Funding accepts payments via credit card, allowing you to use major credit cards for quick and secure transactions when purchasing a challenge account.
Additionally, we offer UPI (Unified Payments Interface) payment options for Indian traders, providing a convenient way to buy a challenge account.
What methods are available for receiving payouts?
Guardeer Funding offers two methods for receiving payouts:
- Bank Transfer: Receive your earnings directly into your bank account through a secure transfer.

These methods provide flexibility and convenience, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your preferences.
Do I Need to Pay Taxes on My Earnings?
Yes, as a trader with Guardeer Funding, you are responsible for managing your own tax obligations. Earnings from your trading activities are considered taxable income in most jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to report these earnings to the relevant tax authorities in your country of residence. We recommend consulting a tax professional to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Is there an inactivity period for my account?
Yes, Guardeer Funding has an inactivity policy. If there is no trading activity on your account for 30 consecutive days, your account may be flagged for inactivity. It’s important to stay active to avoid any interruptions in your funded account status. If you know you will be inactive for an extended period, it’s recommended to notify our support team in advance to prevent any issues.
Can I change or share my trading platform password?
No, you are not allowed to share your trading platform password with anyone. Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited as it poses significant security risks and could lead to unauthorized access to your account. If you need to change your password for security reasons, you can do so through the platform settings. After successfully completing Phase 1, you advance to Phase 2, where you need to achieve a 5% profit target. This phase further assesses your trading skills and consistency over an extended period.Phase 3:
In the final phase, traders must again meet a 5% profit target to demonstrate sustained trading proficiency and discipline.Risk Management Rules:
Throughout all three phases, you must adhere to strict risk management guidelines:- Max Daily Loss Limit: 5%
- Max Overall Loss Limit: 10%
These rules are in place to ensure responsible trading and safeguard your capital throughout the evaluation.
