As per our policy, we will ban the accounts involved in the disputed transaction and will not consider requests to unban them. Users involved in disputes without fault on our side will not be eligible for future accounts, and any excess balance beyond the initial amount in their active accounts will be refunded. This policy safeguards Guardeer Funding’s financial stability and brand reputation.

Section 16 – Entire Agreement

Our failure to act on a right or provision of these Terms of Service does not waive that right.
